Sacramento,CA : Man suffers major injuries in I-5 collision on October, Friday 6th 2017

On Oct. 6, at approximately 2:50 p.m., Jason Kaiser, 48, of Westminster, California, was driving a black 2013 Chevy Volt northbound on Interstate 5 in the number two lane at an undetermined speed.

For reasons still under investigation, the Chevy Volt left the right side of the roadway and was driving on the gravel shoulder. The Chevy Volt struck a reflective paddle marker, the Julien Creek Bridge sign, and then took flight over the barbed wire fence.
