ALBION, IN : 13-year-old boy was airlifted to a Fort Wayne on Wednesday, 20th June 2018

A 13-year-old boy was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital after being hit by a jeep while out riding his bicycle.

Police were called to the 2500 block of South C.R. 800W at 2:07 for a bicycle vs. car accident. While investigating the crash, police determined the boy, who was not named by officers in a press release, had pulled out of a private driveway into the road in front of a 2004 Jeep Liberty being driven by Gregory Andrews, 60, of Kimmell.
