Greenwood, S.C : Motorcycle driver injured after two-vehicle wreck on S.C. Highway 72 in front of The Greenwood Mall on Thursday night, November 10, 2016

A motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital Thursday night after he rear-ended another vehicle on S.C. Highway 72 in front of The Greenwood Mall, according to Maj. Urban Mitchell with the Greenwood Police Department.
The motorcycle laid in the highway's median -- in front a parked red Jeep involved in the wreck -- as Greenwood County EMS personnel put the motorcycle driver onto a stretcher and into an ambulance. Police officers spoke with others and scanned the pavement around the wreck, where articles of clothes and bagged pieces of evidence lay on the ground.
Mitchell couldn't immediately provide additional information about the wreck.
