A two-car crash Sunday evening caused one of the vehicles to plow into a garage at a home on Palmer Park Boulevard and Murray Boulevard.
The vehicles collided at the intersection about 9:20 p.m., according to Colorado Springs police. The crash caused both vehicles to travel into the front yard of 4211 Palmer Park Boulevard, where one of them damaged the garage, police said.
One of the drivers had to be cut from his vehicle. The man was taken to the hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries, police said.Alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash, but police declined to say which of the drivers might be impaired. At least one person was arrested after the crash, but police also did not provide names.
