Leroy Corbin, of Huntingdon, killed in Hagerstown I-81 crash Monday

A Huntingdon, Pa., man was killed Monday in a crash on Interstate 81 in Maryland.Leroy Corbin was killed when a tractor trailer collided with his car around 3:07 p.m. north of Maugansville Road, according to Maryland State Police, Hagerstown.

An International truck tractor of driven by Benson Lewis of Dallas, Texas, was going south and crossed the median into the north bound lanes, police said. It struck a 2005 Toyota Avalon operated by Corbin, a 2006 Ford F-150 operated by Mark Siegrist of Fayetteville, Pa., and a 2008 Saturn Vue operated by Shelly Jason of Hagerstown.

Corbin was killed on impact, police said. Siegrist refused medical treatment. Jason was transported to Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown with non life threatening injuries.
Tammye Lewis, the female passenger in the tractor trailer, also was transported to Meritus Medical center with non life threatening injuries.
