Sharon, MA : Woman Dies After Being Struck by SUV on June 16th 2014

A 20-year-old woman struck by a SUV in Sharon, Mass. has died of her injuries. Police say 20-year-old Haley Cremer of Sharon, Mass., may have been out for a run in the late afternoon when she was hit just before 4:30 on Hampton road near the intersection with Dogwood Road. The young woman was rushed to Norwood Hospital with life threatening injuries but later passed away.

The crash is under investigation. The vehicle involved appears to be a white Ford Explorer.

The woman’s name is not being released at this time as family is notified.

No charges have been filed against the driver at this time.
