One person was hurt and taken to the hospital in a Saturday afternoon crash on I-77.
The crash happened on I-77 northbound lanes just after 5:00 p.m near exit 23. Just one day earlier, a crash shut down lanes on I-77 in the same area.
From an image sent in by a WBTV viewer, it looked like the two cars involved in the crash were quickly moved to the grass and away from oncoming traffic. There was still a back up on northbound lanes of the interstate after the crash.
One person involved in the wreck was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with minor injuries, according to Medic.
Officials have not said what caused Saturday's crash.
