Woodstock, NY : 3 in critical condition following Woodstock crash on Sunday, 24th November, 2019

Three people are in critical condition following a Sunday morning crash near Woodstock.

Woodstock Fire Rescue District responded to Charles Road just west of Queen Anne Road about 2 a.m. Sunday to a reported crash and found a Toyota Camry on its side, covered in power lines, Lt. Chad Williams said.

The department notified ComEd to secure the scene. One person had been ejected from the vehicle and two more individuals were trapped inside, Williams said. First responders rescued the two people inside the car after about 30 minutes. The two were flown in two separate helicopters via Flight for Life to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

The person who had been ejected was taken via ambulance to Northwestern Medicine Woodstock Hospital.

All three people suffered life-threatening injuries.
