Fargo, ND : Threee people injured in two-vehicle rollover outside of Moorhead on Monday, July 25, 2016

An injured motorist was airlifted to a Fargo hospital on Monday, July 25, after a two-vehicle crash south of Moorhead, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.

The crash happened shortly after 6:50 p.m. at County Highway 52 and 60th Avenue South.

Sgt. Darin Bredman said a vehicle headed west on 60th Avenue ran a stop sign at the intersection with Highway 52 and collided with a northbound vehicle.

A helicopter flew the westbound driver to Essentia Health in Fargo where he was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening, including a broken collarbone, Bredford said. The two people in the northbound vehicle were not seriously hurt, he said.

Bredford said the westbound driver will be cited for disobeying a stop sign. The identities of those involved in the crash were not released.
