" Black Bear Cubs"

Two different people hit a black bear cub around the same time and same vicinity Friday evening on Hwy. 258 between Jacksonville and Richlands, North Carolina. According to Onslow County Deputy the mother bear was also struck and killed in the same vicinity a month or so ago = :(
