Portland, OR : 23-year-old Woman ejected from car in Powell Blvd on Sunday, Sep 6, 2015

A 23-year-old woman who was ejected from her car in a crash on Powell Boulevard last weekend remains in critical condition.

The crash was reported around 7 a.m. Sunday at SE 78th Avenue and Powell Boulevard. Police say Jane Taylor Robinson was driving a 1995 Nissan Altima at a high rate of speed when she struck a cement island divider, left the roadway and struck a tree.

She was ejected from the car, and hospitalized in critical condition.

Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
