Lebanon Township, NJ : Truck driver dead in a crash in Hunterdon County on Monday, April 4, 2016

Police are investigating a crash that left a truck driver dead in Hunterdon County.

Authorities say a tractor-trailer left Route 31 south and struck a tree in Lebanon Township on Monday.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The trucker's name is being withheld until relatives are notified.

A hazardous materials crew had to clean up a small fuel spill at the scene.
