A woman from Plover, Wisconsin was killed Thursday afternoon when the van she was driving left the Thruway in western New York and flipped over. Local media reports that Jacqueline J. Hayes was killed in the accident, which took place east of Buffalo. A passenger in the van, Richard H. Hayes, also of Plover, was hospitalized in critical condition.
