Flemington, NJ : Motorcycle driver injured after car collision in Pilesgrove Township on Wednesday, August 3, 2016
A motorcycle driver was hospitalized after he collided with a car in an intersection in Pilesgrove Township Wednesday, New Jersey State Police said.
The operator of the motorcycle was traveling west on Point Airy Road at roughly 4:49 p.m. when he failed to yield at a stop sign before crossing into the intersection, police said.
A car was traveling southbound on Swedesboro Road when the driver struck the motorcycle, according to authorities.
The operator of the motorcycle was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he was listed in critical condition as of 2 a.m., state police said.
Police did not provide the ages or names of those involved in the crash.
