A man from Lampe died in a one vehicle crash in Stone County Sunday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Daniel Ganoung, 35, died when his car missed a curve on Route H, left the road and hit a tree one mile west of Lampe. The car was found at about 10:45 a.m., but the patrol can’t say for sure what time the crash occurred. Ganoung was pronounced dead at the scene.

The patrol report said Ganoung was not wearing a seat belt.
