MILFORD, MA : Car involved in fatal hit and run crash on April, Sunday 16th 2017

Police are looking for a red Scion with possible front end damage for its involvement in a deadly hit-and-run Sunday night.

Police say the car left of the scene of the accident on Water Street around 5:00 p.m., after its driver struck and killed a five-year-old boy.

The boy was playing with a yo-yo at the time.

It's a late model red Scion, with tinted windows, and is believed to be an xB 2nd generation from (2007-2015).

Authorities noted the vehicle has tinted windows and black wheels, and its color is called “Absolutely Red,” a shade only available in 2009.

“The red coloring is a special edition color and there are not many of the variant around so if you see one this color do not hesitate to call it in for further investigation,” said Milford Police.
