Pittsburgh, PA : A woman died in a head-on crash in Indiana County on February, Tuesday 13th 2018

A woman died Tuesday morning in a head-on crash in Indiana County, authorities said.

The accident occurred about 10:20 a.m. on Route 56 near Route 954 in Center Township.

Indiana County Coroner Jerry L. Overman identified the victim as Lisa Jean Cooper of White Township.

Mr. Overman said Ms. Cooper was driving east when she crossed the center line in the road, slamming into an oncoming dump truck.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

State police were investigating the crash.
