VANDERBURGH CO, IN : Four people were taken to the hospital after a rollover crash on May, Monday 8th 2017
Four people were taken to the hospital after a rollover crash on Highway 41 early Monday morning.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes at Mt. Pleasant Road around 4:30 a.m.
Vanderburgh County sheriff's deputies say 41-year-old Ernest Margelot, of Owensboro, was driving northbound on 41 when another driver, 51-year-old Darrin Vogel, of Evansville, failed to yield while turning left onto Mt. Pleasant Road.
We're told Ernest's vehicle rolled over six or seven times and landed on its roof after colliding with Vogel's vehicle.
Ernest and his three passengers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. They were all taken to Deaconess for non-life threatening injuries.
All northbound lanes of Highway 41 were shut while crews worked the scene. It has since reopened.
