A fatal crash on Tuesday killed one man in Washington Township.
The crash occurred at 9:13 a.m. at the intersection of US 20 and SR 590.
Troopers on the scene said Bruno Cantu, 71, of Lindsey, Ohio was driving eastbound on US 20 towards the intersection when Christopher Elling, 42, of Napoleon, Ohio failed to yield the right of way as he attempted to make a left turn onto SR 590, striking Mr. Cantu's car with his truck.
Cantu was flown by life flight to St. Vincent's in Toledo with serious injuries and was later pronounced dead.
Elling came away without injury.
According to troopers, alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the collision and the crash remains under investigation.
