Washington, PA : Four injured in Route 40 crash on Saturday, February 17th 2017
Four people were injured Saturday in a multivehicle crash on Route 40 in Canton Township.
A Washington County 911 supervisor said multiple callers reported the wreck at 4:08 p.m. at the state road’s intersection with McKee Road, near Forty Bar and Grille.
The supervisor said the accident was initially reported as involving three vehicles.
Two of the injured were transported to a landing zone outside West Penn Wire and then flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Two more were taken to Washington Hospital.
Additional information wasn’t immediately available from state police.
