Londonderry ,NH : One Motorcyclist Killed after collision with car at Commerce Avenue on Friday Morning ,May 22nd 2015

A motorcyclist died after a collision involving a car in Londonderry Friday morning.

The accident occurred before 8 a.m. on Commerce Avenue.

Officers said the motorcyclist, whose name was not released, was unconscious when they arrived. Authorities initially called in a medical helicopter, but when the victim’s condition worsened, they transported him via ambulance to Elliott Hospital in Manchester. He died before 9:15 a.m., authorities said.

Authorities said speed and/or impairment were not believed to be factors in the accident.

The driver of the car was not injured in the accident and is cooperating with police.
