Spokane, WA: Overturned trailer blocks Interstate 90 exit to Hwy 195 on Thursday, July 30th 2015

Washington State Patrol said an overturned truck with a trailer blocked the Highway 195 exit on Interstate 90 Thursday afternoon.Officials said the rollover crash happened around 1:00 p.m. The scene was cleared around 3:15 p.m. and the exit was reopened.WSDOT officials were asking drivers to go East on the Maple ramp in downtown to turn back onto US-195.The trailer completely blocked the on-ramp taking drivers from eastbound Instate 90 to Highway 195.
