BRADENTON, FL : A fatal crash diverted traffic in downtown Bradenton on April, Thursday 27th 2017

A fatal crash diverted traffic in downtown Bradenton this morning, the Bradenton Police Department reports.

Motorcyclist Kevin Haas, 60, was killed in the crash that happened at around 7 a.m. in the 900 block of 6th Avenue West, according to a police news release.

According to the Bradenton Police:

Evan Camacho, 19, was driving the car that collided with Haas, but detectives have not determined how the crash in the intersection of 9th Street West and 6th Avenue West occurred.

Traffic was diverted around the scene for several hours while the incident was investigated, the police said.
