Fargo, N.D : Motorcyclist dies in Fargo after car collision on Thursday, July 3, 2014

A man has died in Fargo after colliding with a car while riding his motorcycle.

Authorities say the preliminary investigation shows the man went into a southbound on a frontage road near Interstate 29. He then collided with the oncoming car.

Police say the accident happened shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday. The motorcyclist was taken to Sanford Health, where he died Friday morning.

The accident is still being investigated. The name of the motorcyclist has been not released.
