Knoxville TN : Two injured in multiple vehicle crash off Chapman Highway on Saturday May 24th 2014.

Dispatch confirms that a 3 vehicle crash occurred Saturday afternoon near Chapman Highway.

At least two people were injured and both were taken to UT Medical Center. One victim was flown by LifeStar.

One of the three vehicles was overturned. The cause of the crash is unknown.

None of the victims names have been released at this time.
