LOGAN, WV : Two killed in car accident near Old Logan Road on Wednesday, 18th April 2018

Two people died and one was injured in a car accident Wednesday afternoon on Rt. 119 near Old Logan Road.

West Virginia State Police said the victims were from North Carolina. They were married and in their late 60s.

The passenger in the back seat was also a family member from West Virginia who was injured and taken to St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington.

Troopers said it appears the driver of that car pulled into the path of a passenger truck. The truck's driver was not seriously injured.
