Phoenix ,AZ : Four hospitalized in three-car crash after four vehicles collided along Interstate 10 at Southern Avenue on Thursday afternoon, April 2nd 2015

One person was trapped after at least four vehicles collided on Interstate 10 at Southern Avenue on Thursday afternoon, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.
Injuries were reported, according to DPS spokesman Bart Graves. It wasn't immediately known how many people were hurt.

The crash closed portions of two major Phoenix highways during the evening commute.

Westbound lanes of Interstate 10 were closed at Baseline Road and westbound lanes of US 60 were closed at Priest Drive, the Arizona Department of Transportation said.

No other information was about the crash was immediately available.
