BLACKSVILLE, WV : Woman air-lifted after accident on Wednesday, 19th October 2016

HealthNet was called to the scene of a vehicle accident in the west end of Monongalia County Oct. 19.
According to emergency services’ radio traffic, a two vehicle wreck occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m. on W.Va. 7 at the intersection of Jess Tennant Hill Road, which is about 2 miles west of Blacksville. According to radio traffic, a female was ejected from one of the vehicles involved. She was at first unresponsive but was later reported as conscious and breathing okay.
W.Va. 7 was shut down as crews responded to the scene and traffic was rerouted. A landing zone for the HealthNet helicopter was established at nearby Mason-Dixon Elementary School.
