Reading, PA : Man dies after car crashes into gas pump in Sinking Spring on Thursday, August 31, 2017

A 21-year-old man was fatally injured when his car crashed into empty gas pumps Thursday morning at a convenience store on Columbia Avenue in Sinking Spring, officials said.

Michael Martinez-Lopez of Reading was pronounced at 10:36 a.m. in Reading Hospital by a staff physician.
Officials said that he died of injuries suffered in the 9:42 a.m. crash but have not ruled on the manner of death.
