A Sioux Falls woman has been charged with manslaughter after a fatal crash at a Sioux Falls picnic and car show.
Police say a 43-year-old woman died Sunday night after being pinned against a tree by a van. A 53-year-old man and a 13-year-old boy were seriously injured by the van after it sped through a parking lot at an event celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Salvation Army.
The 47-year-old Lois TwoBulls was treated for non-life threatening injuries and then charged with manslaughter and several driving infractions.
