Joplin, MO : Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Thursday, November, 2nd 2017
Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash at 1 p.m. Thursday on Missouri Highway 37, about 2 miles south of Cassville in Barry County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
James P. Fogarty, 24, of Washburn, and Nolan D. Lassiter, 69, of Cassville, were taken to Mercy Hospital Cassville with minor injuries.
Lassiter and Fogarty were driving southbound vehicles that were stopped when a sport utility vehicle driven by Whitney R. Vardeman, 24, of Seligman, ran into the rear of Fogarty's pickup truck, pushing it into the rear of Lassiter's sport utility vehicle, the patrol said.
• A Noel woman suffered minor injuries in a collision at 8:25 a.m. Thursday on Route H, 3 miles west of Pineville in McDonald County, according to the state patrol.
Rebecca M. Bergen, 28, was taken to Mercy Hospital in Bella Vista, Arkansas.
