ATLANTA, GA : 57-year-old pedestrian struck, killed in Marietta on Saturday, 27th January 2024

A 57-year-old man died after being struck by a car in Marietta on Saturday, police said.

The incident happened on South Marietta Parkway at Wylie Road, according to the Marietta Police Department.

57-year-old William Gould was walking southbound, crossing South Marietta Parkway at its intersection with Wylie Road when the Nissan Altima collided with him. Police said Gould died on the scene.
