A ramp to Interstate 81 in Syracuse has reopened after police cleared a crash.
An accident was reported on the Interstate 690 west ramp onto I-81 south just before 8:30 a.m. The ramp was shut down around 8:45 a.m. and reported just over 30 minutes later.
According to dispatch logs and unconfirmed scanner reports, a person was injured after a vehicle struck a barrier.
The Syracuse Police Department, the Syracuse Fire Department and Rural/Metro Ambulance responded to the scene.
