Oil City,PA : Sandy creek Township accident on January, Tuesday 16th 2018

A one-vehicle crash occurred at about 1 p.m. Tuesday on Route 8 near the Franklin Animal Hospital in Sandycreek Township.

Franklin state police said the vehicle, which was driven by Jaime L. Smalley, 41, left the roadway and struck a snow bank before coming to rest off the travel lane.
