Green Bay, WI : Kennewick man minor injured after car crash Highway 395 on Saturday February 20 2016

A Green Bay man faces multiple charges in a drunken-driving crash that killed a couple from Hobart Friday night.
Twenty-seven-year-old Daniel Boucher was charged Monday with six felony counts, including two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. Cash bond is set at $250,000.
the complaint says Boucher denied driving and told an officer he knew he was too drunk to drive.
Authorities say 52-year-old James Rush and his 47-year-old wife, Wendy Rush, died when Boucher struck their vehicle with his SUV.
Boucher's license had been suspended from a drunken-driving offense last July. Boucher claimed someone else was driving, but rescue crews removed him from the driver's seat.
Boucher's fiancee was a passenger in the SUV and was critically injured. She remains hospitalized.
