A worksite flagger died after he was hit by a car in Fitzwilliam on Friday morning.
Eversource said that the flagger was struck around 9:30 a.m. on Route 12 North. He was identified as Edward Weeks, 63, of Surry.
Weeks was an employee of New England Traffic Control and had been directing traffic in a construction zone, police said.
The crash is under investigation.
