PORTLAND, OR : I-205 northbound lanes reopen after deadly crash near West Linn on Friday, 1st November 2024

A crash closed all northbound lanes of I-205 on Friday night at West Linn, according to ODOT.

Shortly before 8 p.m., ODOT warned drivers that a crash on I-205 North had closed the highway. Northbound lanes were reopened about 11:15 p.m.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue reported that it was a single-vehicle crash where the car landed upside down.

They added that they worked to rescue one person from inside the car, but the person was found to have died in the crash.
