At least one person was taken to the hospital by helicopter after a motorcycle crash was reported on Highway 33 near Los Padres National Forest, officials said. The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash about 9:35 a.m. on Highway 33 about a half of a mile north of Rose Valley, officials said. CHP requested the Ventura County Fire Department's air squad unit to the scene and Highway 33 was closed down temporarily to allow the helicopter to land, officials said. One person was flown and taken to Ventura County Medical Center, officials said. The extent of the person's injuries were not known. Source : 1 person taken to hospital after motorcycle crash
