SAN ANTONIO, TX : Women killed in head-on collision in northwest San Antonio on Friday, 26th April 2024

An unidentified woman was killed Friday afternoon after police say she made an "unprotected turn" at a west-side intersection and a car slammed into hers.

According to San Antonio authorities, the woman was driving a white car through Rogers and Culebra around 1:30 p.m. when a black sedan hit her car head-on, causing the sedan to spin out of control and hit a third vehicle. The woman was taken to the hospital where she later died, officials said. The driver of the black Sedan was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
