FLORENCE COUNTY, SC : Coroner NC man killed in two-vehicle crash in Florence County on Sunday, 17th March 2024

The name of a man killed in a crash over the weekend in Florence County has been released.

Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken identified the victim as 56-year-old Keith Rushing from Monroe, North Carolina.

Master Trooper Brandon Bolt with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the wreck happened just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday on East Old Marion Highway, just east of Quinby.

Bolt said a 2021 Jeep Gladiator drove through an intersection and hit the 2018 Jeep SUV that Rushing was driving.
