WARREN, OH : A man suffered a medical issue and drove his car into a creek on Saturday , November, 11th 2017

A man suffered a medical issue and drove his car into a creek Saturday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The man, 56, who was not identified in a report, was driving north on state Route 45 around 4:40 p.m. when he drove off the left side of the road, hit a building and a few signs, and then went down an embankment, the patrol report states. His car landed in a creek below.

The man was taken to Trumbull Regional Medical Center.

The patrol said he was not injured in the crash but suffered a medical issue prior to the accident, which is still under investigation
