A 27-year-old Kissimmee man was killed and two others were injured Tuesday in a head-on crash in Orange County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The fatal crash was reported at 8:30 p.m. on Reams Road at Greenbank Boulevard.The FHP said Angel Febus Rios died in the wreck.
Troopers said Rios was driving a 2007 Mitsubishi north on Reams Road when a Lincoln that was headed in the other direction traveled into his lane and crashed. Rios was taken to Celebration Hospital, where he died, troopers said.
The driver of the Lincoln, Joseph Moss, 20, of Orlando, and his passenger, a 25-year-old Winter Garden man, suffered serious injuries and were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, the FHP said.
Charges are pending against Moss, the FHP said.
All three crash victims were wearing seat belts, and alcohol did not play a role in the wreck, troopers said.
