Lebanon, ME : Driver dies in collision with truck in Lebanon on Thursday night, October 30, 2014
A Maine driver has died in a collision with a pickup truck in Lebanon.
Police say 65-year-old Antonio Vieira of Acton died at the scene Thursday night. The driver of the pickup, 37-year-old Clarence Butler of Springvale, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
Troopers said the crash took place on Route 202 at the intersection of Long Swamp Road. Route 202 was closed at the crash site for over two hours.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
