Broward County, FL : Bicyclist dead after cement truck crash in State Road 7 Davie Boulevard on Thursday December 17 2015

A bicyclist is dead after an accident involving a cement truck, officials said.
The crash happened about 11:15 a.m. in the southbound lanes of State Road 7, just south of Davie Boulevard in unincorporated Broward near Fort Lauderdale, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
Terry Maitre said he was doing landscaping for an equipment repair shop along State Road 7 when he heard the sounds of screaming and honking.
According to Maitre, the bicyclist was westbound on Davie Boulevard and the cement truck was heading east and making a right turn to go south on State Road 7.
I heard the commotion and saw the driver of the truck pacing back and forth, freaking out, on the sidewalk," Maitre said.
