VERNON, CT : Woman struck, killed by driver in Vernon; Route 83 closed on Thursday, 7th September 2023

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a driver in Vernon early Thursday morning.

Police said it happened on Route 83 around 5:15 a.m., near a Starbucks location.

They identified the victim as 43-year-old Trina Gould of Vernon.
