Lake County, FL : One person killed in hit and run crash on Lake County on Thursday night September 24 2015

New details have been released in a deadly hit-and-run crash.
Troopers said they have found a critical clue in a crash that killed a man in Lake County on Thursday night.
They said the owner of a 1997 Nissan pickup truck called them to say his vehicle may have been involved in a crash while he was away.
Troopers impounded the vehicle. It is now being processed to see if it was the same truck that struck and killed William Jernigan, 64, while walking on Northern Avenue near South Haines Creek Road in Leesburg.
