One person was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash in northwest Charlotte Sunday evening.
According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, the incident happened on Moores Chapel Road.
The person suffered minor injuries in the crash.
There were no charges and no further information has been released.
