Tallahassee, FL : Bicyclist received minor injuries in crash on W Street in a crash on Tuesday, 26th November, 2019

A Pensacola bicyclist suffered minor injuries Tuesday morning in a crash on W Street.

Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash involving a bicyclist and a Honda Civic around 11:43 a.m. Tuesday.

Feliso Jocson, 79, was traveling north on W Street in his Honda Civic as he approached Gandy Place. Clayton Helton, 59, was traveling east across the north and southbound lanes of W Street on his bike.

According to an FHP report, Helton failed to observe Jocson as he approached and entered his lane, causing the front of Jocson's vehicle to strike Hilton on the right side.

Hilton received minor injuries in the crash and was taken to Sacred Heart, according to the report.
