Plainview, TX : A Big Spring man died on Sunday, August 27, 2017

A Big Spring man died Sunday morning after a vehicle-pedestrian wreck on Farm-to-Market Road 1787 inside Midland County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
DPS troopers reported Monday that Brennan C. Darden, 20, died after being hit by a truck-tractor about 13 miles south of Midland.
A 2010 International truck-tractor, towing a tank-trailer, was traveling east on FM 1787, and Darden -- who was wearing dark-colored clothing -- was walking west in the eastbound traffic lane of FM 1787, according to the DPS press release.
The death was the 27th this year on roads inside Midland County, according to Reporter-Telegram records.
