Kearney, NE : A 21-year-old Ravenna man died in a two-vehicle accident in Thurston County on Thursday, December, 21st 2017

A 21-year-old Ravenna man died in a two-vehicle accident last Thursday in Thurston County, near Pender.

Aaron Reicks lost his life in the accident, which occurred at the junction of J Avenue and 12th Road.

Reicks was traveling east on J Avenue in a GMC Yukon. The other vehicle was a semi-truck that was northbound on 12th Road.

The Yukon struck the rear of the semi-trailer. The Nebraska State Patrol was called to the scene at about noon.

Memorial services for Reicks will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Petersburg.
